  1. Changes in ranked pages inclusions in search features and search features Inclusions in ranked SERPs (see here how with Semrush).
  2. Changes in ranked pages and queries cannibalization (see here how with Ahrefs)
  3. Before and after SERP similarity and intent shift (see here how with Ahrefs and here with Advanced Web Rankings)

These changes will allow you to not only detect additional causes of your traffic changes, besides queries position shifts, but also, patterns followed by these shifts to take action to optimize your content accordingly.
